(2) Jimmy Spicer-This storytelling MC sent shock waves throughout the universe with the release of "Super Rhymes." Not only did he rhyme and tell a story, he used humor, impersonations, and he sang! You better find this track before Jimy Spicer is completely erased from Hip-Hop History! He struck fear in early industry executives for he destroyed the newly established production format when he rocked a 10-16 minute rap song continuosly. (3) DJ Rockin' Rob-This Boogie Down phenom has been dubbed "The Best Kept Secret" [See www.ToolsofWar.com August, 2006] Featured on our NYDLBALL.com Articles Page-Though his prime was the 1970's, this ballplaying DJ can still get the job done! On the b-ball court and especially on the Wheels of Steel. This quick handed magician is a NYC summer re-union favorite at Crotona Park [Bronx, NY] or you can catch him at the Annual Zulu Nation Event [November, NYC] Many did not know that one of the basic advantages that Rockin' Rob held over many of his DJ battle victums was the fact that he was, and is a talented musician.
