All the hard work through the summer and fall are beginning to pay off!!...All those miles you ran...All the push-ups...Today we have practice...and I can't wait. "Failure to Prepare is Preparation for Failure!" This is Day Six at "The Reason for Pre-Season"..."Where we Show & Prove and Prepare Not to Loose"...7:25 AM EST. We are once again coming to you Live via all things good and with the Blessings of the Creator I pray that our steps, words, and actions be ordered in a Positive way...All Day!
Work-out for this morning...Since we have practice this afternoon...(1) Stretch, (2) 50 Push-ups, (3) 25 sit-ups, (4) Jump rope this morning (10 mins) Eat a light breakfast and lunch...Fruit...vegetables, and water.
Question of the Day, "Where do you see yourself in the next 2 to 3 years?" [Part II] For some people creative visualization is an easy task, for others it's a bit of a cloud filled challenge. You can use the internet as an info-source for almost anything...including career choices. Speak to adults in that profession, ask questions, speak to adults that you know who have positive world experience. They can guide you to a successful path. You have many resources to tap into in regards to educational or career opportunities. Libraries list trade associations and institutions that will gladly mail you information in regards to your interest. Take some time today and think about where you want to be, career wise, educationally, or personally. Write it down in clear ordered steps. Give this concept some serious thought. How can you determine how you are going to get somewhere if you don't know where you are going? There is an ancient proverb that states, "If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you there." Think about it. If you can dream it, you can achieve it!!
