This is the time of the year that the ancients have called, "When the edges of the years touch"...It's a magical time of reflection and renewal. So we will never forget certain injustices and we never should do that. Let's commit ourselves to being better family members and better teammates. We live, work and play with our family. We live work and play with our teammates. Family and teammates are all we really have to work with, on the physical plane. Spiritually speaking we have another gear to go to. But relating to our day to day activities, on a elementary, social basis...your family is your team. With that said let us make a conscious decision to elevate the vibration at home and in the gym. Teammates and family are two things in the world that we had no decision in selecting, for the most part. Reestablish the bonds. Elevate the quality and honesty in your relationships and we all win in the long run.
