Good Morning,

Peace & Blessings from Lahh Woods at NYDLBALL.com RADIO!  This is Day Six at Camp Concrete "Where Basic Fundamentals meet the Will to Compete"-6:22 AM EST- We are once again coming to you Live via all things good and with the blessings of the creator I pray that our words and actions will be ordered in a Positive way...All Day! Have you ever had the feeling that you just didn't have what it takes to get the job done? Or you just didn't feel like you were adequate, not up to par or feeling anxiety about performing well at school, during a game, or at work?  Have you ever woke up and found it difficult to even get out of bed, challenged to face the turbulant world at your door step?  Fear not...Help is on the way.  It has been said that for every positive thought that one thinks in a day that there are hundreds of negative thoughts racing, uncontrollably, through ones mind. [And out of their mouths]  You have the power!

You have the power to motivate and uplift yourself and those around you by applying this one simple exercise.  Word fast.  That's it. Word fast. Two words.  Word fast.  Today, try to consciously manage every single word that comes out of your mouth. Try not to talk unneccesarily.  Minimize the overarticulation of an expressed point and finally see if you can stay off of the cell phone for a few hours. [Is this beginning to sound impossible?]  It may not be as easy as one thinks it is.  Note how many times that you will have said something without thinking first.  Observe how many automatic responses fumble out of your mouth. [Good, Bad, Ugly]  Perhaps, reflect on how many "negative" statements flow from within your lips, either criticisms, insults, off-color humor, curse words, complaints, [teeth sucking, hitting the car horn & deep breathes count too!] etc.  Back door the process of clearing your mind by cleaning up what comes out of your mouth first. Once you begin to manage the negativity that comes out of your mouth, you lay the foundation for positive thought and action in your lifetime.  Good words.  Good thoughts.  Good Living.  Today's workout (1) Meditate (2) Stretch (3) 100 Push-Ups (4) 50 Sit-Ups (5) Watch a B-Ball Movie/Tape [NBA Ankle Breakers 2]  Also today my teammates (a) Always Read and Say Something Positive (b) Be Wise-Study Hard and Work Smart (c) Contact a family member or friend that you haven't spoken to in months [You know who that is] and (D)  Don't forget to Pray.  Peace and Defense.  Meditate-Motivate-Elevate!
