Good Morning, Peace & Blessings from Lahh Woods at NYDLBALL.com Radio. This is Day One at Camp Concrete "Where Basic Fundamentals Meet the Will to Compete"...6 AM E.S.T. We are coming to you live via the spirit of all things good and with the blessings of the creator I pray that our steps, words, and actions will be ordered in a positive way...all day. Vacations over, clear your mind of those liesure, cool-out, mornings at the beach, [Oh how I miss them] and those endless afternoon hours leaning over the charcoal grill. Let's focus on the task at hand..Getting into maximum mental, spiritual and physical shape for the upcoming season. Now I don't know where you're playing, what talent level you are on or how nice your jump-shot is...However, with your consent, we will stretch the boundries of your mind to embrace a new paradigm, a positive universe where we not only elevate our games we ultimately elevate our lives. Today's Workout [Light-Light Stuff] 1-Stretch 2-Run 2 miles 3-100 Push-Ups 4-50 Sit-Ups 5-Ball-Handling 6-Shoot [1/2 Hour] That wasn't too bad for day one was it? Wait till we really get started. Also Today- A-Read Something Posiive. B-Study Hard. C-Contact a family member you haven't spoken to in months [You know who that is] and D-Don't forget to pray. Peace and Defense. Meditate-Motivate-Elevate
