Good Morning, Peace and Blessings from Lahh Woods at NYDLBALL.com RADIO! This is Day Two at Camp Concrete "Where Basic Fundamentals Meet the Will to Compete"-7:20 AM EST We are once again coming to you Live via all things good and with the blessings of the creator I pray that our words and actions will be ordered in a positve way...All Day! Vacations over...Today we forcus on nutrician and diet...drinking plenty of water and refraining from eating junk food, snacks, candy, sugary cakes. How about a breakfast of oat cereal, whole wheat toast and fresh fruit. Lunch... let's keep away from the deep fried menu and microwaving with styrofoam containers...Let's try a salad, fruit and vegetables, and once again let's drink that water. Dinner...Let's try to keep away from the pork and the red meat for a day...give your body a rest and explore some of the creative, healthier options...Beans, rice, fruit, vegetables, and did I mention we should drink some water? Today's workout [Light-Light] 1-Stretch 2-100 Push-Ups 3-50 Sit-Ups 4-Study tapes from last seasons Championship Game [I know you were in it right?] Write a positive one sentence affirmation about this season...tape it inside your locker or above your computer space. That wasn't too bad for Day Two was it? When you get a chance today go to the FORUMS page and check out the dicussions about the "Best Players You Never Heard of"...Great comments are coming in.
